Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Return/Exchange Policy (December 1 - December 31st):
Please return or exchange your holiday gift items purchase in persona at Pennybird Boutique or online at www.pennybirdboutique.com, by January 15th. We are happy to exchange for a different size, where available, or return to a gift card for store credit. Purchases may also be refunded to the original form of payment.
We think you'll love everything you purchase, but we understand sometimes things just don't fit the way you hoped. No problem! Just return your items within 14 days of purchase and you will a refund back to your original form of payment or receive non-expiring store credit in the form of gift card. All items must be in new condition with all tags still attached.
Email email@example.com to begin a return or stop into the store. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges: If we still have your size in stock by the time you return it to us, we can do an even exchange, but we can not guarantee this will be the case. Feel free to contact us to double check before initiating your return.
There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:
- Sale or Clearance
- Flash Sales
- Leggings or yoga pants
- Accessories & Hats
