Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

We think you'll love everything you purchase, but we understand sometimes things just don't fit the way you hoped. No problem! Just return your items within 14 days of purchase and you will a refund back to your original form of payment or receive non-expiring store credit in the form of gift card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The exchange must take place within 14 days of purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items:

There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
